Albertson’s Community Partners cards help to raise badly needed funds for the Humane Society’s humane education and anti-cruelty efforts. Every time you shop, simply have your Community Partners card scanned and 1 to 2% of your total purchase price will be donated back to HSSA on a quarterly basis. The cards are free and never expire.
To get yours, contact the Education Department, at (520) 321-3704 ext.101. The cards are also available for pick-up at the Education Department during regular business hours.

Basha's Supermarkets will donate 1% of your shopping dollars to the Humane Society of Southern Arizona each time you shop with them.
The program is simple. Just ask the Basha's checkout clerk to link our group number (28006) to your card when you check out. This only needs to be done one time each year. If you do not have a Basha's card please ask the customer service department in their stores to issue you a card and link the Humane Society of Southern Arizona to your card with the number above. Effective from Sept 2008 to April 2009.

Did you know that the toner cartridge you discard into the public landfill can take several hundred years to decompose? Are you looking for an alternative to disposing of your used cartridges? If you’re a supporter of HSSA, we’ve found the perfect solution to recycling toner cartridges while you help HSSA save homeless pets.
Cartridge World is coordinating a printer cartridge recycling program to help support dogs and cats in need of new homes at the HSSA. If you’d like to participate in this special program, just bring your empty inkjet or laser printer cartridges (black or color), to the Humane Society Shelter at 3450 N. Kelvin Blvd. or you may also exchange your empty printer cartridge directly at Cartridge World and receive up to 50% off a newly refilled toner cartridge.
Store locations: 4592 E. Broadway (just west of Swan) or 7292 N. Oracle Rd. (just north of Ina). A precentage of each exchange/purchase will be donated to the HSSA. This small effort will make a BIG difference! You’ll be helping our environment by not adding more cartridges to landfill, AND you’ll be helping homeless animals.

Nick Scalpone at Jim Click Kia at the Auto Mall is prepared to offer a payment of $250 as a referral contribution to (your non-profit organization) when any affiliated member or their family and friends purchase a new or used vehicle through this program. This program is only offered through representative Nick Scalpone at 520. 909. 6369 by prior appointment. In order for your referral contribution to be paid, notice of program participation must be given prior to any vehicle sale.
Other vehicle purchase programs and incentives such as lifetime Oil and Filter maintenance on used cars will still be offered. All factory incentives will be fully passed on. Long Realty Company reaffirmed their commitment to the southern Arizona community and to homeless animals by partnering with HSSA to form the Pets LONGing for Homes program.
This web-based collaboration pairs Long Co. home buyers with pets available for adoption through HSSA. The site includes links to pet adoption resources, promotes responsible pet ownership, and provides information on finding a pet, local pet parks, pet friendly lodging across the nation, pet wellness and a calendar with pet-related events.

Purina is sponsoring the program again this year throughout the 16 Kroger divisions around the country.
And this year, Purina and Kroger are doing even more! In 2009, they will contribute $150,000 to animal welfare organizations located in Kroger communities to help them feed pets waiting for their opportunity to share a better life in a permanent home.
