The Community Outreach Department is pleased to provide tours of our animal shelter facility as part of a larger educational program or community service program.

Please be aware that we do not provide “stand alone” tours or “petting events” for children, but rather tours are part of a larger educational effort.  Children under the fifth grade level may be required to participate in a bite prevention and animal safety program prior to touring the shelter.
